| Hertfordshire based firm Mount Anvil was ranked highest in the list, in third place, with growth in profits of over 116%.
In the three years prior to 2007 profits for the company, which specialises in developing brownfield sites in London for urban regeneration, went from £660,000 to £6.7m. Also in the Sunday Times Profit Track 100 list, at number 28, was Cambridgeshire property broker Movewithus, with over 85% growth over the three year period. Northamptonshire property developer Barwood Developments came in further down the list at number 90 after posting growth figures of over 51%.
